- L&T-Chiyoda has been conferred with the prestigious "National Award
for
Excellence in Consultancy Services-2003" for their meritorious and
outstanding consultancy services rendered for INDMAX Project (FCCU)
at
IOCL- Guwahati Refinery by Consultancy Development Centre
(CDC-supported by
DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology).
A high level committee, formed by distinguished Industry personalities,
recommended the first prize shield for L&T-Chiyoda among the consultancy
players like EIL, TCE, RITES, Mecon etc.
The award was handed over by Mr. K. C. Pant, Dy. Chairman-Planning
Commission, during the inaugural session of the "7th National Consultancy
Congress" on 15th January, 2004 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
