The objective of the Feasibility study was to establish technical viability of expanding the Plant Capacity for 150% & 175% of the existing design Capacity. LTC was responsible for evaluating and checking adequacy of Process Equipments for both Process and Utility/Offsite Systems. The plant consisted of Kerosene Hydrodesulphurization Unit, Desulphurised Kerosene Fractionation Unit, Hydrodearaomization Unit, Reformate Fractionation Unit and associated Offsite and Utility Units.
