Intention of the study was to provide +/- 30% cost estimate for INDMAX unit to be set up at IOCL Gujarat Refinery for upgradation of heavy oils. INDMAX is innovative technology developed by IOCL R&D Faridabad for up gradation of heavy stocks while maximizing the LPG and gasoline yields through fluidized catalytic cracking. LTC as a consultant provided cost estimate for setting up the unit at Gujarat refinery. Basic package for Gas plant was developed by LTC for cost estimation purpose.
