The main aim of the Study was to select and recommend Technology Supply Licensors for above Units after detailed Techno-Commercial Evaluation process based on evaluation criteria provided by the Customer. LTC was responsible for evaluating Licensor’s Technology for Hydrogen Generation Unit (96,000 TPA) and Sulfur Recovery Unit (2 x 130 TPD). The job involved evaluation of offers from all renowned licensors such as Haldor Topsoe, Technip-KTI, Lurgi, Shell, Delta Hudson, Black & Veatch Pritchard, etc.. The Hydrogen generation Unit (HGU) evaluation also involved selection of basic process route (between Naphtha Reforming and Partial Oxidation of Residues).
