LTC was responsible for assisting Chiyoda Corporation for Residual Process Engineering, Detailed engineering activities. These were the first Ultra Low Sulfur Gasoline units licensed by Axens in Japan. The units were designed for sulfur content in the gasoline less than 10 ppmw. Design plant capacities were, 18,000 BPSD for Showa Yokkaichi and 21,000 BPSD for Idemitsu Kosan.
