Feasibility Study

OIL and IOCL intend to put up a commercial plant of 40,000 MTPA capacity based on the newly developed INDALIN+ process at Duliajan, Assam. INDALIN+ is new technology developed by IOCL R&D Faridabad for conversion of various naphtha, gas condensate streams, kerosene and gas oil streams to liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) & gasoline. LTC is appointed as Engineering Consultant for this project. LTC’s scope under this project was preparation of complete BDEP along with the DFR including +/- 10% cost estimates.
