LTC was responsible for residual process engineering, detailed engineering and procurement assistance for Isomerisation Project comprising of Penex unit to upgrade MOGAS blending component and Tankage area. Unit capacity for PENEX is 10,465 BPD.

LTC scope also included the construction of substation in refinery’s Diesel Hydro desulphurization (DHDS) block.
