LTC was responsible for residual process engineering, detailed engineering and procurement assistance for Motor Spirit Quality (MSQ) Upgradation complex comprising of Light Naphtha Hydrotreating unit (0.44 MMTPA), PENEX / DIH (0.44 MMTPA), Reformate Splitter (0.48 MMTPA) and FCC Gasoline Splitter (0.48 MMTPA) to achieve improved specifications with respect to Octane No., sulphur content, aromatics and benzene content (< 1% Vol). The project also included Sour Water Stripper (25 MT/Hr) and Tail Gas Treatment units.
This was the first of its kind of projects in India for Motor Spirit upgradation to meet Bharat-III emission norms. LTC also provided assistant during start-up, commissioning and process guarantee test runs.
