LTC was responsible for residual process engineering, detailed engineering and Pre commissioning and commissioning assistance for Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU) The plant was based on the CBA  (Cold Bed Adsorption) technology with stringent norms with respect to gaseous effluent emissions and very high Sulfur conversion. The plant capacity is 50 x 1.1 TPD of Sulfur, The detailed engineering involved various safety studies like SIL, QRA study etc. It also involved development of “Intelligent P&ID” through  “Smart Plant”.
