Based on the basic design package, detailed engineering activities are carried out for developing designs and documents through integrated engineering involving extensive interaction of process, piping, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation and civil engineers. The deliverables are aimed at arriving optimum quantities / work-volumes while ensuring the constructability, operability, maintainability and safety of the plant.

The integrated engineering efforts are greatly facilitated by the extensive computerization and importantly, the 3-D modeling approach utilizing the latest state-of-art engineering software and INTERGRAPH systems. Thus, during the design / engineering stage itself, issues related to construction, maintenance and operation are taken care of by the extensive design review and walk-through facilities of the 3-D Model systems.

Apart from above, LTC has demonstrated its capabilities in performing complicated analysis such as finite element analysis and flexibility studies for individual as well as composite structures.
