has trained manpower, resources and capability
backed up by necessary project management
tools and information systems to perform
project management, scheduling, monitoring
and cost control. The project execution
team is fully geared up for co-coordinating
the activities of design, engineering, procurement,
inspection & expediting, stores management,
construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning
by means of an integrated system for schedule,
cost and quality control. An exclusive schedule
and planning system with on-line monitoring
& reporting system is developed in-house
which tracks and corrects the slippages
in schedule and resources in time. The software
developed is capable of documenting the
details of planning, monitoring and progress
reporting systems.
