Technology evaluation of a process technology offered by a Licenser for a specific plant is performed to evaluate the advantages offered by a particular Licenser in terms of design / operation as well as for establishing the techno-commercial feasibility of the process. It broadly involves technical evaluation and commercial evaluation of Licenser's process technology.

LTC, with its exposure to various process technologies, especially in the refinery area, can perform such evaluation studies of licensor's technologies.
